unmorphed destruction staff ultimate bug?

I finally got this unlocked on my alt and went to use it
and every time I go to use siege on the bar that the ultimate is on, I cast ultimate and I'm unable to drop siege
bar swap fixed this issue until I try to drop siege with the Destro ultimate again

felinith66✭✭✭So it's the destro ultimate that's causing this? I was doing stage 7 of VMA today and when I try to use the synergy w/ the bug to throw them at the webbed pillars, I end up using my ult instead. And if I didn't have an ult available, I was unable to throw the bug at the pillar.

✭✭✭✭✭I have noticed that both the Un-Morphed and Morph to the Targeted type (the one not centered on the Player Character) can cause other skills to not fire reliably or at all after using the Ultimate, even on another battle later on. The Morph that centers the effect on the character does not seem to have this problem.
Weapon swaps seem to fix this.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

DahliaNightshade✭✭✭Well, there is a thread regarding issues with the Destruction Staff Ultimate ability, we have been reporting it since October 12, almost 2 months ago, although it's broken since the day it's been introduced.

No one from ZOS ever replied to that thread, even though the issue is still happening and it is reproduceable at will, and they have been tagged more than once.
Weapon swap doesn't fix it unless you have two different weapons on the 2 bars; for example, if you have 2 fire staves and weapon swap, the issue remains. If you swap to a restoration staff, then it fixes it.
Eye of the Storm doesn't cause the issue.
I cannot use that ultimate because once fired I am no longer able to use my other skills, so I'm using the Meteor instead, but it is weird that there is a portion of the playerbase that is unable to use a skill they recently introduced in game and they're doing nothing about it, not even aknowledging this as a problem.1 -

It does it to me also in round 6 vma I can't use the grenades.
