I have not played eos in about two years. I was able to retrieve username but when I request to change password to account specific email, I never receive it.

being that you have not played eso in 2 years you may have had a different email back then. If i was you i would double check the email that it is being sent to and the email you are checking. If they are the same contact customer support and submit a ticked and wait for a response. I hope this helped
