Why won't ZOS communicate with us

I mean is it that difficult to say hey guys, we are aware of the difficulty you're experiencing and we are working on it...

Or, not even they can lie like that? Cause they just want the coin...

Have you read most of the complaint threads? I'm having the same problems with this game most everyone is. What I don't see is answers from ZOS...why?

Very good question, would love to have active ZoS staff present on the forums not just to warn people and delete posts...

I don't think that this post is fair Zos do communicate with plenty of people through threads. They also take into account things that are said in threads even though they don't always reply. If you have a serious issue with the game try twitter, it's not hard to set up an account and if it's serious enough they'll respond very quickly.

Zos has nominated me as the official spokesman. We are trying our best but you have to be patient. I'm trying to fix as many problems as possible.
