I need help signing into the help.elderscrollsonline site to change my security question that I've forgotten, but the site only allows a 20 character or less password. Mine is longer so I can't sign in to receive support on that site.

For anyone else having this issue, keep in mind that this effectively locks you out. You will need to reset your password to log back in however if you don't know your security question you will not be able to reset. (Catch-22) If this happens, please use the button at the bottom of the login page to submit a ticket as "compromised access".
