Be able to redistribute attribute points

I feel like this would be a good idea. Those who have evenly distributed attribute points (AKA Royally messed up their char) or if you want to try another build without the hassle of creating and levelling a new character, you should be able to redistribute attribute points. Now, I'm not saying this should be readily available cause everyone would abuse it. I feel like you should have an item in the crown store or 'reset attribute points scroll' for 800 crowns for sale in the crown store. Yes, the price is high, but this would stop abuse and if you're serious about redistributing, you'd be happy to buy it.
Thanks

    You already can.

Shrines can be found in mournhold, elden root and wayrest.
If you quote someone, and intend for them to see what you have said, be sure to Mention them with @[insert name].

You can already do this at the shrines in your alliance capital. It costs a little gold (I don't remember how much) but that is it.

I feel so stupid now. What are these shrines called?

Last I checked there's already a way in game to do this for gold, as much as you want. There's even a crown store item to do it if, for some reason, your rather blow crowns than gold.

Just enter the temple and you'll find them. I think it's Akatosh for attribute points and Srendarr for skill points, but since they are standing right next to each other you can just check when you are there.

Those are shrine to Mara, Akatosh, and Srendar, if I remember well.
One resets atribute points, one resets skill points, one resets morphs only.

Mara is for marriage only if you buy the rings in the Crown Store. The one that does all skill points also refunds just the points for morphs as well for less gold. The names of the shrines (other than Mara's) vary from Alliance to Alliance.

I find that spending real money on redistributing skills/attributes etc is what keeps us from getting normal, single skill respec in the game. Please, do not spend crowns on that, better to buy cosmetics or pets, something that actually is not spent in 10 seconds, you know.

Details on the respec shrines can be found here:
    http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Shrines
The attribute point respec shrines are the Shrine to Akatosh (Wayrest), Shrine to Auriel (Elden Root) and Shrine to Kyne (Mournhold). Respeccing costs 50 Gold per point, but it's all or nothing.

The Attribute Respecification Scroll in the Crown Store costs 700 Crowns and can be found under Utility > Respecs.
