I played in beta, never bought the game until this weekend but still had the beta created account.. I bought it via steam (gold version). I had a couple of extra codes for in game stuff, like the loot crate imperial version add on and the adventurer pack. Both of those keys give me the " You do not qualify for this product" error. We get the same error on my wife's account. Any ideas on how to fix it ?

ZOS_CoriJ✭✭✭✭✭If you are getting a 'do not qualify' the codes that usually indicates that you have a different version of the client (such as the non-steam version or consoles). It is also possible that these codes have expired. The best thing to do would be to contact Support and provide the codes along with what account you are attempting to apply it to.
