What I don't understand.... viper has been in the game for quite a while, same with red mountain. Locked behind the trials gateway, but hell I've been running it ever since I got good enough to hit trials. Only now people are up in arms because it's easier to get. Only now is it a "problem". Sure, a viper/RM/tremorscale build is pretty f'ing cheap, but it is what it is. I equate it to the quick scope BS is games like COD or what have you. People so obsessed with winning at all costs...you will never be rid of them as long as you play "competitive" online games. When you die to it, give them the finger and move on.

I know viper has been in the game a long time but the matter of fact is its Not competitive anymore the armor is the bane of the problem. I believe if your damage is halved in pvp fight why not make it so %'s are halved also.
