Not to be that guy that complains but I have like 200k max. All I do is PvP and run trials/vma/4 man dungeons etc so I have absolutely zero chance to make any gold besides the Undaunted Plunder which makes me about 5k at the end of the run.

I had over 400k and then the double drop in Wrothgar started... not all my gear is Legendary yet and I still haven't gotten past round 2 of VMA. But at least I made it through round1 finally. >.<
Gold went on dreugh wax and goodness knows what else.

You make it sound like ZOS does not already know how much gold people have... averages. means. standard deviations. by demographic. for active and inactive players. sliced, diced, and analyzed.

why do you people brag so much about ingame gold? lets face it...is useless as ***... all u need is 700k...500k to get end game gear in gold and 200k for potions...then u can sustain the needs and repairs with minimal trading...being rich in eso literally means nothing and yes I'm at 10M gold and I didn't even tried... since there is no point...RIP my mining skills

@xenowarrior92eb17_ESO i spent almost 200k on potions weekly, my minimum gear changes have cost me cost 1.5 million, helping guildmembers have cost me 6 millions the last month alone.

I am down to 100k gold and I need to work my way up again, this time with 0 assets.

For some folks, accumulating in-game wealth is as important as being on the leaderboards or world-first clears is for others. I could go as far as saying that becoming as rich as possible IS the game for some.
