I made a thread a couple of weeks ago concerning that skill being bugged and I'm pretty sure that most people (and that includes ZOS as well) are still not aware of it. Definitely not a major issue, but still something that needs to be looked into ^^ If Zenimax could at least confirm that they are aware of it, it would be awesome

✭✭✭✭It is major issue coz it is break this morph. I can confirm Honor the Dead doesn't restore magicka if target after heal get more than 75% hp.
