Active Noob Looking for Guild

I'll say it up front. I'm a noob. I've been playing the game for a few months but solo only. I'm looking for a guild that will help me experience the whole game. I've been around a few online games but never really got into the "online" aspect of it. Anxiety has been a big part of it. I don't know where I'll fit in or how I'll help people who have so much more experience than myself. I'm most active weekday mornings US central time (overnight worker!) but I also do as much as I can on weekends so that's when I'm looking to get into the whole social online parts of the game. As a personal preference, I don't enjoy running with guilds that communicate with expletives punctuating every sentence fragment or constantly getting off tangent when gaming.
