Looking for a friendly guild for new players

I have just gotten this game and I have spent some time playing through it, but I am still very much a greenhorn. I would like to join a guild that doesn't mind helping out new players who are just getting into the game. Any help would be appreciated, and having nice friends to play with would be a major bonus.
