Cannot login for a long time | Ticket submit but no further support (Incident # 161101-002649)

My friend ( ID @traitorr ) cannot login the game currently. She submit a support report ticket long ago yet did not get any helpful support at all
I suppose the reason why her account was locked is that she accidentally activated the Numpad Lock or Caps and proc too many wrong passwords.
Hope someone from your service team could have an investigation soon as she cannot play the game for a long time.
