Cross console servers n carry over character progression between the 2. I understand the pc issues wit mods n everything so I kno thats out of the question but imo at least let ps4 n xbone play nicely together lol.

Get rid of the LAG in cyrodiil. It's been there for 2.5 years and counting.

Movement. I'd like to be able to jump over fences without getting a headache, jump on rooftops, climb houses in towns, swim under water, swim with my mounts. Be able to interact more with the environment even if it's not necessary for quests or crafting. It still drives me nuts if I jump down a balcony and can't stand on the roof. Why?

Add an auction house.
Guild stores are so inconvenient and a hassle I would rather go without then spend days trying to search for a single item. Having guild stores spread out all across Tamriel with some in the middle of no where doesn't help either. I do everything I can to avoid using guild stores and I don't like joining a guild for the sole purpose of being able selling stuff.

In game earnable mounts. Through the group finder or unique mounts in each dungeon. Something other than crown store. I understand the crown store is revenue and they can have limited special mounts there.But I want to be able to get mounts in game as well

If I could change just one single thing I'd go back to 1.5 combat system. Sure, it wasn't perfect, but in my opinion it was better than the limitless power increase we have since cp have been added to the game.

They already locked two crafting motifs behind the crown store which is a part of the crafting system, hair colors would not surprise me at all.
