Exactly, talks *** and can't back it up. I'm using observed numbers, you are using paper numbers skewed in your favor. I posted a vid of horn every 50 seconds using tavas, heroic, ww, ult pots, light attacks and drain. That is literally max ult gen. You are claiming to do 40 ult more with 300 ult less/min.

So unless you start producing evidence stop responding to my posts, your opinion is worthless.

That is not max ult gen. You are so very ignorant. It's okay, there is plenty of evidence to support my credibility, like my leaderboard scores and achievements, the dozens of people who know me personally run with me regularly, the dozens more I've taught to tank, my in-depth tanking guide, and the support of other prominent tanks in the community. Just because I don't stream or post videos of everything I do doesn't mean I'm making it up. I know that means nothing to you though, because we're all just trolls who have done little more than prove it outright, both in practice and on paper.

And my numbers are observed, not skewed paper-numbers. I'm not sure how you can think it's unobserved when I've completed content hundreds of times that you've never even stepped foot in. You can add it up yourself to figure it out if you're really that obsessed over who shaves more seconds off their War Horn. Even if you do crank out more than me, you're still not providing half the buffs to your group that are necessary to remain competitive. You've said so yourself.

FYI, there are tanks who crank out War Horns every 20-30s - you are not at "max ult gen." I get mine in 31s in ideal conditions. Last time I checked 30s was better than 50s. So I get ults faster than you, provide more support/utility to the group, plus I can, ya know, block.

Just like these buffs I supposedly don't keep up because of set bonuses. You know absolutely nothing about tanking other than how to brag on the forums about it.

Arguing about ultimate gen in update 12 lol. Most trials tanks have gone away from ultimate gen due to the concept of a war horn rotation. 4 war horns in rotation should give enough uptime that you don't have to blow a horn every 30 seconds and can buff your group with other sets like ebon/alkosh/powerful assault/sanctuary/other buffs. Any one can take a hit, but if you can't buff, debuff, heal, cc, and provide resources while tanking, you might as well just put on armor master and footman.

As for OP, yes, a sap tank is viable. but here is the catch. A main trials tank has a certain support role as stated above. if you can still wear ebon and alkosh, still throw mystic orbs, do some sort of cc, apply maim, and heal, then tank on any class you want. Losing the ability to help the team in an important way because you have more sustain or more ult, that could ruin a war horn rotation, is not worth it.

It's viable and there is visible evidence before and after the changes to trials. Go for it.
