Daedra Hearts?

where is a good place to farm these now? I cant seem to find any in chests.

One of the most reliable sources I've found is the gear sets that drop in City of Ash 1 & 2. A lot of them will have bad traits, just like all gear in the game, so deconstructing them it's about the only thing you can do. I've probably gotten the majority of my Daedra hearts from there, and almost all of my charcoal of remorse from deconstructing VICP & VWGT set pieces.

I get lots of Hearts from my Hirelings. Thing is with Hirelings, the key is to have a lot of them. One character running them is more frustrating than rewarding.

Motifs and Recipes
Updated the way Provisioning recipes drop as follows:
Recipes in Cyrodiil, the Imperial City, and Dungeons now drop based on your rank in the Recipe Improvement passive.
In other zones, recipes drop based on your passive rank 75% of the time, and the rest of the time drop the same way they dropped prior to One Tamriel, by zone.
Crafting Motifs which were previously only available in the Silver and Gold versions of alliance content are now available throughout the world.
Daedra Hearts are now an uncommon drop from humanoid Daedra.
Argentum, Copper, and Palladium style items can now be found in treasure chests.

We are supposed to get Daedra Hearts as an uncommon drop from Humanoid Daedra, the most obvious place to solo farm is Coldharbour or Zerg it from Dolmens

But even after slaying nearly 10,000 Daedra, I haven't found a single Heart.

In ZoS language "uncommon" means something like "as uncommon as that missing SPC piece you always get in training or reinforced instead of divines" or "as uncommon as that sharpened Malestrom ax you've been hoping for the last 300+ runs"
