I play on Xbox One NA. Since OT dropped I have been farming dailies on 3 different characters and have ONLY received Chudan and Kent shoulders. At first it was comical and I thought what are the chances I would continue to get these, but now, I am thinking it might be a bug. I have deconstructed approximately 25 of each and have yet to receive any other than those two shoulders.
