Can you finally get black rose in jewelry and weapons yet?!

I'm wondering if its been fixed so that we can get jewelry and weapons from the black rose tal var boxes yet. I really want to incoperate it intp my PvE stam sorc tankbut since it seems to also not come in sturdy i wanted it to be my jewelry and weapons that take those pieces.

Block Rose was originalbu PVE tanks which were giving stamina back while blocking but then its changed with Thieve Guild..
It is longber now used in pve because of bo sturdy traits and jewlery,

A ton of really good pvp sets are from pve so its not all that impossible that a good pve set cam come from pvp. Things can have multiple purposes you know.
