Viper set still OP?

But Red Mountain is a 10% chance to proc vs Viper is guaranteed proc every four seconds.. so unless you get lucky with the red mountain proc or using maybe rapid strike spam its highly unlikely you going to proc every 2 sec.

Red Mountain: When you deal damage with a Weapon ability, you have a 10% chance to deal an additional 8400 Flame Damage. This effect can occur once every 2 seconds.

vs

Viper Sting: When you deal damage with a Melee Attack, you deal an additional 6400 Poison damage. This effect can occur once every 4 seconds.

Now why Viper Sting is procing on range bow attacks I don't know...

Viper >>>> REd Mountain cause of higher proc chance + poison damage instead of flame. This poison damage scales of ur CP (Mighty etc)

The damage on red mountain is 2k higher and I main a stam dk so I have a dot constantly on my enemies also my main attack is rapid strike . Im just speaking about pve side tho because I noticed a 2.5k increase in dps wen I switched. But for pvp vipers insta proc ability wins hands down.

Viper procs from flying blade and bow because of disease and poison enchants. Ive tested with and without enchants. They seem to be the problem.
