I love some of the stuff that used to be on Crown store (black fur dogs, ordinator armors,...) but missed the chance to buy them, will they ever up for sale again?
Crown are on sale right now but I have no interest in pretty much all of it.

    Their Crown business model is something I disagree strongly with, they would make better profits in the longer term if they did not remove content from the game in some desperate attempt at promoting panic and impulse purchases by customers due to a ticking timer. Now they're adding these... Crown Crates which further showcase the line of thinking Zenimax has, alas.

    I believe that discontinued items will return as rewards from crown crates, changing from season to season.

    I'm not certain that any will properly return, I hope that Zenimax reconsider their desicion, it would ultimately result in more profit if crown store items were permanently available.

    I'm hoping for the hero armors to return in particular.

    To answer your question,

    Mind-shriven Horse and Mind-shriven Skin had previously been removed but were bought back as parts of the Imperial City DLC Bundle (5500 crowns)

    So, yeah but expect them to be part of a bundle though.

    By the way, how does costume works in this game? For example, if I buy the ordinator armor (costume), does it come in seperate parts (bracer,legs,...) or I have to wear the a whole set?

    Unfortunately, you have to wear the whole set. You can hide the helmet and that's it.

    If you are an ESO+ subscriber, you can dye costumes at a dye station. Unlike armor, you dye the whole set at once instead of in pieces too. If you are not a ESO+ subscriber you can use dye stamps available in the Crown Store to dye your costumes, but you have no control of the order of the colors.
    Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

    Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
    Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
    Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
    Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
    Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
    Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
    Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
    Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
    Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
    Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.
