Proc sets are ruining PVP

You used to be able to actually kill people, now we have tanks taunt healing them selfs and DPS procing 4-5 different sets/poisons doing essentially one hit kills on anyone who isn't superman.

Can we get a comprehensive adjustment on all the new sets??

I actually noticed this while running dailies today. The tank healed, dps had heals and as a healer I cried inside cause I felt completely useless.

This patch will be known as the Call of Duty patch of ESO. You can one shot people with multi-proc builds if you utilize the right setup. No need to even use your Ult to oneshot unless they're Heavy Armor with 26K+ health.

At this point I'd be fine if a temporary 25-50% damage reduction to PvP set damage procs were put in place through Battle Spirit.

Alas....

There. Now PVPers can fight to their heart's content, while PVErs can rest in the knowledge that set tweaks for PVP purposes aren't screwing them over.

Honestly I would rate the current cookie cutter stamina domination as just barely below the original magicka DK domination of the early game in it's absoluteness of superiority. I can't think of any other point in the game where it was just so plain and obvious what the dominating builds are.

Every single death recap is some combo of Viper + Velidreth +Tremorscale + Selenes.

You need to accept changes as it adds new life to PVE and PVP gameplay.

lol what balance? even before one Tamrial good buillds are taking over PVP already,

most of players are just following internet for builds, therere is no need for nerf or what to play? same old sets?

They really need to realize that they get lots of money and new people on the PVE side. New players don't come in droves for PVP. They come in droves for PVE. The more the do things that screw with PVE who are the ones most likely to buy crowns as well, the more they shoot themselves in the foot.

And half of Cyro isn't geared up with their favorite streamer builds yet. It isn't like any of this is a surprise. One look at the new helms on PTS and it was obvious what was going to happen: that the Viper + Velidreth combo was only the tip of the iceberg. Zenimax is going to make me go full cheeseplar just to survive.

It's very telling that the most fun I've had recently was going deep into AD territory (2 tanks) and coaxing small groups of newish-but-not-noob players out of keeps for some outnumbered open field fights. We won some, they won some, friendly whispers were exchanged and not a single duneripper or green bear in sight. Hey, we actually got to fight other players!

Only a terrible tank wouldn't have some kind of heal and have decent sustain. Running out of life/ resources means you're a bad tank. Not sure what the issue is. I think it's great that people aren't completely hobbled without a healer hammering buttons just to keep them alive. The folks that are able to stay alive--on their own--are the same ones that have Flawless Conqueror, or, simply know how to not stand in bad stuff.

I want to see hard evidence on this, and please dont say because cities are busy or just look around.

As for the sets, yes they are being seen, maybe not in cyro, but dueling its pretty bad from what I've ran into. And this does need to be addressed, an over all CD blah blah idc as long as we can come to a solution. The fact that these where created with no consideration for what it would do in pvp blows my mind, @ZOS why in the hell do you have a PTS for? Why test these sets in places like cyrodil if you arent going to look at the data? Do you guys realize this is an MMO and not a single player TES?
