Complete ***. Went through around 100 keys, 50% went towards trying to get Medium Validreth Divines.. Nope. Just light reinforced and sturdy. What a waist of saving those keys.

Heres what I realized about the vaults take multuple people with keys inside because you can trade between players the loots.......

This games *** in the sense you can take 4500 nd get garbage nd a random can take 150 nd get exactly what u want

Lol, I got bang on 120 keys too. Still on 66% so gonna bang them tomorrow. Hoping for Kragh medium divines, sentinel of Rkugamz and swarm Mother light or heavy sturdy. So not asking for much....

Yep. I only seem to get training and prosperous from the chests, and it's discouraging as hell. I used over 2,000 key fragments (14 keys) to open up all the ICP chests... only to find out, day one, they didn't drop weapons or jewelry because it was bugged. Then to see it got patched...

I spent 122 keys on Glirion's chest. I got most of what I wanted and I must admit I got more Divines than Prosperous/Training in the long run.
Still, on 122 keys, I only got 5 Ilambris shoulders. 3 of which were Well-Fitted, while the other 2 were Sturdy.

You mean that...? Lol. I got 2 of them, and a lot of others in divines. RNG was good to me on console, unlike on PC/Mac.

120 keys, ok, slightly unlucky, but certainly within reasonable possibility.

Just like everyone else, I've been on both the good side and bad side of RNGesus since the patch dropped:

Had enough Imperial City vault pieces to convert to two (2) WGT vault keys when One Tamriel hit. Received a SPC divines belt and gloves in each vault chest.

On the other hand, was trying to outfit a low level Alt with Black Rose. No jewelry would drop in 20k worth of Tel Var (each coffer was only 600 tel var) ... so I gave up and crafted something else ...

The RNG on this game sometimes gets stuck. After a few of tries, if you get the same undesirable things, come back later.

Monster shoulders in that chest:
12 shoulders, 3 weights, 8 traits. 12 * 3 * 8 = 288 possibilities. No way to trade with other players.

Ridiculous. They seem to have decided that RNG is not a big deal because of trading within groups. But you cannot trade monster shoulders! They need to remove the junk traits from chests to aid the RNG since there is no trading. Training and Prosperous are complete junk. They need to go. Infused on a shoulder is complete junk (an extra 70 magicka is practically a rounding error when people are running around with 50K magicka). Infused needs to go.

That would get you down to 5 traits. 3 of those 5 are still iffy but do have a few niche uses. But cutting the shoulder traits almost in half would be a big help to RNG.

And don't forget that with 288 possibilities that is no guarantee you will get your desired piece after 288 undaunted keys. Every key is still a 287 out of 288 chance to not get what you want. It is a mathematical certainty that significant numbers of players will go 1000 keys without getting their desired piece. That is a preposterous!

Obviously ZoS wants us to train more. What other reason could they have for making loot drop 75% of the time in training?

I spent about 40 keys and I now have every new shoulder in the game in some usable trait. Only had about 7 training or prosperous drop, 0 impen though.

spent 50 keys....
15 of my shoulders were iceheart somehow...which would be great if ice damage was a thing and the shield this offers wasn't useless. even if you proc'd it, one hit takes away the bonus and you have to wait for the cool down.
20 overall were training...
10 prosperous...
and a small assortment of reinforced, impen, and infused.
I received ONE piece in divine... a medium bogdan. lucky me.

though i did have some slight luck and found krag and illambris in medium infused... not great obviously but its definitely usable.
the bonus here though... now 6 keys a day instead of 2-3 per toon.

while i don't completely believe the traits and set pieces are not weighted (regardless of what rich said) at least you can find some pieces you can use with this massive addition of items.

They do yes. But good luck in getting what you want. The loot table is enormous. Like my bow of the scathing mage...

Jkjk I also wasted some 40 keys but no Divines Ilambris.
