    That's not true. I did a round yesterday and didn't get a skull. It seems to be a 5 minute cooldown.

    do dolmens. I have yet to not get a Skull from a dolmen and there are 3 in each zone. By the time you kill all 3 the first one is respawning. If you and whatever randoms are running around in the same pattern there is almost no down time other than what it takes to get to the next one (a few seconds)
