ZoS bug report not working for console

I've sent the same bug report numerous times now on console and each time I get this response
1.Open the in-game Player Menu ([Options] for PlayStation 4).
2.Select "Other" under Issue Category and enter a description of the bug under Required Information. Be sure to make it clear that a bug has been encountered.
3.Once complete, select Submit.
and each time I've followed each step only to get the same response, anyone know if this is an issue for everyone o.o
