Group finder..... please

Literally every day... i get screwed by the group finder trying to do a random for the xp bonus.
Scenario 1 - wait in group finder as a dps.... it puts me in a group of 5. Someone has to leave... if you're the last person to get in the dungeon, then that person is you...
- Enjoy your 15 minute wait for the next one + the time of waiting as a dps.
Scenario 2 - queue on my tank or my healer. get grouped within 30 seconds. 75% of the time for me, its a group that has already started the dungeon.... that would be perfectly ok except i can't travel to the group. "jump failed. instance is full"... i wait a minute or two and try again... and again... and again. until they kick me for not being able to join.
- Enjoy your 15 minute wait for the next one.... by now, it has happened on all 3 of my toons so i guess i can start back at the first one.
the BIGGER problem here.... is i'm losing out on REAL money when this happens. see, i've been using xp scrolls that i buy from my plus subscription crowns... every time that BS wait penalty is applied... it's actually wasting my money.... and that is not ok (to say it in the nicest way possible)
So one more try at this.... ZOS.... fix this HORRIBLE group finder PLEASE! This is happening EVERY day when i queue for a random dungeon. At least change how the penalty is applied!
