why can only PC part take in PTS not consoles?
Console gets patches at a later time because Microsoft and Sony have certification processes that they have to go through. Updates are submitted and the console companies have to approve them before they go out through their networks.
Mods is also a restriction by the console companies. Generally (and we're seeing this start to change), Microsoft and Sony do not want consumer created software running on their networks and platforms. PC gets around this because there is no company over-seeing what happens on your PC.
I don't know what the equal money bit is about because despite having a copy of ESO on PS4, I've never looked at the ESO+ on it, but as always, I am guessing this has to do with deals that Zenimax made with Microsoft and Sony. I know each one has a slightly different way they do their billing, when the ESO+ time takes effect and when the crowns you get with it are deposited.
At the end of the day, blame Microsoft and Sony.
Edit: to summarize - ZOS can pretty much do whatever they want with PC but they have certain guidelines from the console manufacturers that they have to stick with to be allowed to have their game on the consoles.
how come cod and bf never have this problem and all their updates are synced on all platforms....
I don't really know anything about those games, but I suspect the devs are withholding the PC patch until the console patches are ready.
probably are which is fair and better, if price is same then everything should be same
That's just a matter of opinion and perspective there.
true but then everything is a matter of perspective and opinion then, but I think that if you are paying for something same as everyone else you should have at the same time as others then otherwise decrease the price

Sorry man, you don't know what you are talking about. I can't have a discussion with someone who asks a question, is given answers, but won't believe people answering you.
Hey there! sorry if I am being salty or not but title says it all, why is zos so biased towards PC ? if they are professional like they claim they are and charge everyone equal money for copy of game then why is their difference ? why can only PC part take in PTS not consoles ? why do PC get their patches a week or 2 late ? why do PCs have addons but not consoles ? why can only PC pay for 180 days eso+ and save Save £24 per year ?
Its ture I agree PC is master but this is a MMO RPG which gets it major amount of sales and customers from consoles aswell!
they need to be fair and equal with all
PS: Sorry for any grammatical errors or errors in general english is not my first language ^-^

Well, currently, ZOS policy is to release patched "when they are ready", which means there's a delay for console because of their certification process.
If they decided to actually hold the PC/Mac patches for two weeks because of Microsoft/Sony, how would that be fair to us, since those companies have nothing to do with us?

ZoS releases patches on PC before they are ready. That way PC users beta test for the console release
