Suggestion: Magicka morphs for stamina weapon/ultimates.

Anyone concerned with balance will recall this conversation and wonder; why does Stamina, already far and away the dominant meta for the last 3 major patches, receive a total of 4 new weapon-specific ultimates for DPS in One Tamriel while magicka receives only one arguably inferior and superfluous addition?

Adding to this disparity is the long-standing dual-wield meta for magicka classes. Using dual swords, a 100% stamina-centric weapon, results in higher DPS on a magicka bar consisting of class and other non-weapon abilities.

Yet we see no dual wield morph for magicka. WHY?

Is it because of some central "dogma" that all abilities and ultimates "MUST have EXACTLY 2 morphs, no more no less?"

Why is that?

It seems to me that in the interest of balance, fairness, and practicality, ALL weapons should receive between 3 and 4 morphs for each ability and each ultimate, which would allow morphing into DPS or Utility for either Stamina or Magicka for every weapon ability in the game.

This would allow a sub-spec of staves into a martial weapon, with spear and monk-style animations, and magicka attacks and utility for the melee weapons.

At the very least, a single magicka ultimate for dual wield which is so commonly used for magicka would seem in order, particularly as the ONE magicka DPS ultimate is so lackluster compared to Meteor which grants empower, does more damage, doesn't require a specific weapon, AND costs less ultimate.

Can we one day finally have the diversity and creative freedom of a fully morphable weapon system (2 stamina and 2 magicka for each weapon ability)?

that's what made Dawnbreaker such a good ulti before they changed it...it had a magicka and a stamina

Also...and I'm not trying to defend the Destro Staff ulti...but in AoE situations it is pretty beast
The Resto staff on the other hand is just the stuff that you use toilet paper to wipe off...not even a full blown one but just a lackluster smear :)

Or, they could make three destro staff types much more different in how they work with a particular emphasis in major differences between the elements for the ultimate. Lots of potential there *if* ZOS decides to explore it.

There are so many missed opportunities, its really sad.

    Dualwield:
As you said, its giving highest Spelldamage, but there is nothing else to it.
    - Why not change the Bleed DoT on one of Lacerates (UIt) Morphs to deal Magic Dots instead?

    Destro Tree:
    Elemental Storm.

    - Why not combine "Eye of the Storm" Morph with "Elemental Rage" Morph?
    - Why not change the second Ult into a Magicka Version of "Berserkerstrike" from Twohanded, which basically costs and does the same, Element changes with Staff equipped, but doesnt grant Immunity to Disable/Snare/Immobilizations?

    DK:
    Here we have "Ferocious Leap".
    - Why not just change this Damage Type to Fire for the MagDK's?

    Sorc:
    Suppression Field.
    - Why not change the Damage Type depending on equipped Staff? If we look at Passives or many Abilities, the Sorc is centered around Shock damage mostly, so why isnt Suppression Field an option to play with different Elements?
    - If no Staff is equipped, just keep Magic Damage on this.

    Summon Atronach.
    - Why not combined both Morphs into a Single one, and change the 2nd one into dealing Physical Damage on impact, when summoned?
    - Why not combined both Morphs into a Single one, and change the 2nd one into a Frost Atronach, dealing Frost Damage, similar to the Enemies?

    Overload.
    - Why not combine both Morphs into a Single one, and change the 2nd one into Minor Berserk, which lasts longer if you stored alot of Ult (every 1 sec you lose 50 Ult, until out of Ult). While Ult lasts, Class and Mages Guild Abilities are 10% cheaper to activate.

    Vampire Tree:
    Clouding Swarm.
    - Why not change this Damage type to Frost, adding new Possibilities for Frost Damage based Builds?
    - Why not fix this Ult to work correctly again, giving an unbreakable Invisibility for the Short duration it lasts ?

    Poison Mist.
    - Why not change this Damage type to Frost and add a small PbAoE Slow, adding new Possibilities for Frost Damage based Builds?

Sorry I know this went Offtopic a little, but it just annoys me, how they dont see these many possibilities.
For example the Destro Staff Berserkstrike I suggeested. Its those people wearing Light Armor, who benefit most from stealing Resistances, who on Nirn came up with the idea to NOT give it to Light Armor users?
