New One Hand Shield Ultimate Bugged

When you active the new shield wall ultimate you are NOT ABLE TO BLOCK. If you activate this ultimate just before a dungeon boss initiates a heavy attack, you will be killed instantly or knocked back. This new ultimate does not allow you to block these kinds of attack which makes this ultimate useless and BUGGED.

✭✭✭✭✭Some boss attacks are not blockable and they will still knock you down when you block them or even when you have CC immunity and many boss stuns can't be broken either.

Pretty sure OP is talking about it not blocking everything as advertised, and no it does not - even with bosses/mobs/regular npcs.
Disappointing but maybe they can work the bugs out after a month or two.
Kind of reminds me of how I never see soul shatter working though
