Sooooooooo - I found this "Gem of Curses" Ring (Part of Rattlecage)
It came with the enchant: Reduce Magicka Cost of Spells by 191.
I re-enchanted it with 174 Spell damage - Played - Logged off...
Now, when I logged back in the game, the ring had BOTH enchants... I had to check if it was a bug, so I unslotted it... Aaaaaaaaand, I got ZoS'd - The Yellow spell damage enchant I added were gone...... RIP

andy_s✭✭✭✭Make sure it actually reduces magicka cost of spell or increases spell damage. I had a similar footman ring with stam recovery+block cost enchant, but only 1 enchant actually worked. the point in making is, i use a yellow spell damage enchant - when i relogged it was gone = waste of gold/glyph. It got reseted to reduce magicka only0 -

Dreugh King is also heavy though. and it is as bad a set as this one. every class but temps have a skill that will give you the buff or you could use pots.0 -
