There's another thread where a guy says that insta frags don't show when they're procced anymore, sooooo I'm assuming more broken ***. Like usual.

Guess I will be deleting like 3 depot files at a time and re downloading them. I'll report back if I find a faulty one.


Edit, well I redownloaded all of them, it didn't fix anything. This is just great. F this game, I'll be playing WoW again.

Perhaps an addon conflict? ESOHeadMarkers is now placing markers in the air above my head when I find new nodes to harvest instead of on the map!

Can confirm, this fixed both problems (missing particles AND missing quest destinations).
