Same happens here. I cant see my flame staff light and heavy attacks and most of my skills animations are not showing up,even when the skill is fired and the target hit.
Also, there's a de-syncro between the target health bar and the target real health. Target dies (I see the xp points) more than a second before the add dead animation starts. Health bar in screen is still red, but the target is dead almost a second ago. Weird and disturbing. I tried re-setting the game graphics, but after a long ShaderCache cooking, everything remains the same

I had this problem on the pts and reported it hoping they'd fix before it became live but rip.
They emailed me saying they had someone looking into it but this was over a month ago

Delete the shadercache.cooked file then relaunch the game
I'm sure this goes without saying, but just for my piece of mind, these changes have to be made with the game closed and not running.

I'm slowly seeing more of this happening, and need anybody else who has noticed this to speak up in this thread. We need to make sure this is not an isolated issue.
EDIT: Apparently this is happening with torch effects as well, which are purely cosmetic though obviously related.

If that doesn't fix it, i'm not sure what the problem could be at that point unless there might be a driver update for your graphics card available. Long shot but last thing i can think of.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Can we get this looked at pretty please with a sweetroll on top? This is gamebreaking for the people who've posted and the -1 didn't work for them, as well as people who aren't on the forum. I definitely feel that this is hotfix worthy.
