Patch notes = No fixes..

No fixes were for Igneous weapons which still do no provide major brutality each cast and the bigger issue NO fixes for TRIAL DISCONNECTS. This has been a issue plaguing console players though I have a PC character I do not play so I would not know if PC suffers from this. I look at the PC patch notes as a harbinger of what to come and I can say I'm sadly disappointed with the lack of fixes for the trial and skill among-st other issues these two are the most important to me.

We'll have some fixes for the Trial disconnects in the console update; this was mainly a console issue, so it won't be included in the PC patch.

That's better because as many other players have posted forums regarding this issue no one from ZOS has commented on it stating the issue would be fixed except for corij back in like August saying "Will comment when more info is available" (paraphrasing here); yet no comment was then revisited at all which left us hanging big time.

Is Igneous weapons not giving brutality each cast a console only thing too or is that for every platform?

there was nothing in the patch notes about specific tel var sets dropping in wpns/jewlery such as powerful assault.... it was a bug and @ZOS_RichLambert said they would fix it. Is the fix in game and you guys just forgot to mention it in the patch notes? @ZOS_GinaBruno

The issue with Igneous Weapons should have been fixed in Update 11 for PC and consoles, back in August. Are you still running into the issue?

On the topic of trial disconnects, @ZOS_GinaBruno , will Hel Ra Citadel replacements ever get fixed? If we beat Ra Kotu and enter the doors, then we have someone disconnect, it forces us to restart the whole trial because the replacement cannot enter into any of the doors until Yokeda Rok'Dun and Kai are both down.

The issue with Igneous Weapons should have been fixed in Update 11 for PC and consoles, back in August. Are you still running into the issue?

I believe when I was running magicka DK and using Igneous Weapons I wasn't getting Major Brutality buff - for PC.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Not to be too snarky, but have you run VMOL on PC/NA? I know its not the state of Xbox, but it's not exactly a stable instance...

Major brutality definitely does not work reliably in the current live console version of ESO. If you are with or around people, the buff will be given to others and not you.

That's not how it works mate it just doesn't give you it randomly. I have a video showing that it doesn't work that way too.

Are you trolling me or just didn't see it? Igenous weapon buff isn't major brutality it's actually major sorcery; Major brutality will be it's own.

You must be because even the last video clearly shows Major brutality not firing when I use it unless you're talking about Minor brutality then that's a whole different thing.
When I cast it I do not receive it 100% of the time.

towards the end around 0:50 still shows major brutality not proc'd in a solo instance (maelstrom arena)
