Can't even send a support ticket
1) My first issue is that I need a refund on an item I accidentally purchase on the crown store today. It is a Merchant Assistant. I was in the middle of doing multiple things and forgot my mouse was hovering over the merchant...long store short. I would like to reverse this transaction.
2) I've sent a ticket in game but is unable to send a ticket to help.elderscrollsonline.com. It won't let me log into this page saying "no account name exist". When I try to "sign up" it bumps me back to my account page...which is signed in. So it just keeps me in this loop. I am a subscribed member for over 3 months so not sure what other account userID/PW I need to log into the support page??? Help.
