What are the odds of getting the right stuff with BOP in dungeons

OP, the math doesn't work that way.
Granted, it's a small chance for someone in the group to get a weapon of the right type and set, never mind the right trait. However, firstly, the actual best in slot traits vary a lot from one update to another, and several will probably be "good enough" to use. (Although you might be looking for Precise, the current meta is that Sharpened is best in slot, and nirnhoned is still fairly decent).
Secondly, even if there is a 1/156 chance per run (with 4 people willing to share) for a specific trait, the cumulative chance of getting ONE of those items is about 50% after 107 runs. So, you have a 25% chance of getting two perfect weapons within about 214 runs, but it would probably be more like 70 runs for "good enough" weapons. Unfortunately, that also means you may need to do more than 300 runs to get both weapons, if the RNG really hates you.
