Why do I have to have an Access Code to log in to my Account?

Every time I want to log in to my account it says the computer is not recognized and I have to have an access number emailed to me. The account is tied to my computer since I joined six months ago. I have never used a different computer to access the game. I realize I should view this as added account security but it is annoying.

Easy answer is your internet provider changes your IP address every time you log onto it , do you turn off your router when you shut down,
leave it on and you should access ESO without the check code to your email.
show's the site actually does take note of who and were the log in occurs,
if it doesn't tally with a previous IP you'll get a Mail for you to confirm who you are.

try that and you should see no more access email's, except when you shut off your router too.
Try Cat herding it's fun thay said you'll love it it's a good honest job........ bollock's you need Silverweave body armour to stop em fighting, but a stuffed mouse on a string can help!

I understand Elmour0Fudd's answer, but this requirement leads to more user problems than it address:
1/ If the 'mailed access code' isn't sent/received, then4 I know of NO WAY to reach Support, since Support cannot be reached from any PC that has not given what they feel is a valid password.
2/ My main PC is recognized as valid right now for my account on the EU server, but not on the NA server and neither the Access Code 'sent' from the refused login attempts, nor attempts to reach Support have been received. (Yes, I tried the recommended steps to 'fix' the nonexistent mail problems - note that All types of ESO ads for DLC, Store sales, etc. come in fine. AND this started only after the recent 'fix' for the NA login issues').
3/ Finally, consider that I can reach all of my Account data from any PC with a valid Username and P/W, but can not reach Support on the same PC with the same Username and P/W, so the security issue doesn't hold water.
4/ I could go on, but I'll simply say in closing that this sort of problem with ZOS issues really hurts ZOS/User relations far more that they seem to realize. I have played since Beta and am close to dropping my 2 paid subscriptions just from such issues.

Note Well: I got a mailed response at once from ESO relating to my post. On the same PC that the Access Codes cannot be received on from ESO!!!
