Shalk Exoskeleton info?

Going through the details on the new sets, I see the Shalk Exoskeleton is listed as a new set, dropping from the bosses in the overland of the Stonefalls region. But that's all I have found. No mention of whether it drops in light / medium / heavy, though I suspect it is a heavy armor set. Also no details on what the set bonuses are.

Can't go there myself, console etc etc. Can anyone help?

Keep in mind that there have been a couple of set changes in the incremental patches, but this is generally accurate.
