This error will occur when the server is down for maintenance. You can check to see whether there is currently an outage on our Service Alerts page.
If you receive the error 103 code when the server is up, we recommend waiting for a period of 10 minutes and then attempting to login again. ✭Same here infinite load screen and error 103. Makes you wonder what they messed up this time with their several hour maintenance this morning. I noticed longer than normal load screens all day at different locations.2 -
