Hello, unfortunately I am in dire need of help
Summary:
My friend between Aug 17-20 sent me 10 million gold, he owed from before. Unfortunately my friend didn't account for 30 days expiration period on the message, I was away from my home till September 21st. So the message has expired and according to this link here:

Should have returned to the sender, (does the rule only applies to items or to gold as well?). So now I am at crossroads, my friend says it didn't return to him, I am out of 10 million gold, is there anyway for ESO support to check what actually happened to the message? And if it was somehow "lost" to recover the mail with attachment of 10 million gold?
