Hardest / Easy class to play ?

So i was wondering how Zos can make a few small changes, and immediately its the heardest class to play ? What was the easiest in your opinion that you saw become the hardest. And what is the hardest that you saw becomes the easiest ? Also why skills/gear/passives ?

In my experience Dragon Knight is the most difficult class I've played. I enjoyed the other 3 classes and found the learning curve more forgiving. Easiest for me has been NB simply because it matches my playstyle. I also love having an escape skill.

I have found Templar to be the easiest, but I don't regularly play as one (main sorc).

I struggle with NB, not my sort of playstyle.

I think it is subjective to what you as an individual enjoy. I myself tried Templar and did not enjoy it at all. On the other hand I have a Magicka Nightblade that I solo'd my way to 50 and loved every minute of it. Such a flexible class, with Magicka I can last forever, great self healing from several of our abilities that do damage at the same time. I could also just respec and go straight up stamina which is a whole different aspect to the NB and from what I hear is doing great in PvP.

I know some people who love their Sorcerer and others who like the DK, so in the end it's just what you as a person enjoy.

It's kind of like some people love swinging a big axe or running in with 2 swords or daggers while I prefer standing at max range and throwing spells and stuff like that. What works for one is not necessarily gonna appeal to you.

At low levels, magick nightblade has always been the easiest for me, and dragonknight the most challenging. End game I prefer Templar and DK, both are easy to be effective with.

Magicka DK went from fairly easy to needing a perfect rotation to pull decent dps numbers.

would say either Stam NB or Mag Templar for easiest and for hardest Mag Sorc or Mag DK

I dont speak about balance, but i guess its very similiar.

Really easiest is stam sorc? Like I get that the skills are not exactly complicated but sorcs by far have the fewest available major/minor class skill buffs by a landslide, including no armor debuff. Your toolkit is far more limited.

OP needs to rephrase the question if he's talking about pve/pvp/leveling, etc...
People answering need to be sure to state stamina or magicka version of a class.

If we took away dark exchange would it still be the easiest ?

I'm magicka nightblade impaired. It's literally the only class I just can't get the hang of no matter how much time I spend with it. Props to all you magblades out there.

Magic DK and Majic NB toughest to play in PvP .

Magplar, StamBlade, and StamDK are the easiest to play.

MagSorc PetBuild is strange class to play. It works great early on, but in endgame it's not so good.

try ORC Stamina DK Poison Breath & poison claw & then few Psy skills & 2h sword & heavy armor, hes so tanky with right CP build & good dam. that's the most easiest class in my opinion, but no matter what class i play whats pain is Mage Bosses if there is more then one, they just hit so dam hard, way more then melee bosses, overall u need good build with it that induces good buffs to

only thing u sacrifice pit dam u get from med armor

magic NB maybe to Med armor DW u can leach life to so it should be pretty survivable class to solo if u need to solo specially when u get CP, but it mite be 2easy for some, different ppl find different things easy ppl can try & find magic NB boring , mine is still low lvl so don't know that much about it

Stam sorc is without a doubt the easiest and most forgiving class/build to run. Not saying that it's the best, but definitely the most user-friendly and easiest.

Here's what the Stam Sorc brings to the table:

- Incredible AOE damage due to Hurricane, Volley, Caltrops.
- Good single target damage due to the aforementioned abilities plus skills such as flurry, poison injection and rending slashes.
- Amazing self-healing with Crit Surge, effectively giving you 3k heals every second if built correctly.
- Very fast rotation and movement, especially with Vicious Serpent set (the same 30 % movement buff can be achieved by roll dodging with a bow equipped).

In short, easiest class to run is the Stam Sorc in my opinion.

Magsorc is defo the easiest with ranged attacks and big shield

Magplar sweep is good but u have to fight in melee range which is a disadvantage and u dont have good shields so in intense fights u are likely to die still

Of course. Dark Deal is just there for the sustain. The saame thing can be achieved through recovery. Stam Sorc still has insane healing and damage.

fighting against a npc mage boss is huge pain, mostly if he or she has help another mage or any kind of second boss helping, the homing missiles are hitting to hard, they need to get nerfed the mages have other hard hitting spells that can be dodged (& some of them hit even harder), but if there are others then player can still screw up & step on the line of fire, so it won't make it to easy, also when they nerf the homing missiles then they can also make so this are used less to make it harder, but its still better cause then u can only blame urself not Bethasta for making it to hard, cause u can dodge this attacks, hard hitting spells u can't dodge make NPC to OP i die a lot before i get lucky, even my restro staff doesn't help enough with so hard hitting bosses (cause i use 2much MP for heal & buffs to keep me alive longer), i can handle melee bosses more easily then mage bosses with any class & spell resistance doesn't matter cause if i am with tank who has more psy resist or with mage i get hit same hard, but die faster cause tank has bit more HP despite that i put point on Stam or magic depends am i magic tank or stam tank or any other class with stam or magic, its like mage bosses ignore all ur resistances, well it feel like that

but that's issue with some bosses example Stonefire Machinations quest bosses, the 3 i barely killed & the thing i need to activate didn't appear maybe cause i didn't killed them fast enough cause after 3 times i went away & i got back & some1 got there few sec before me & started fight & i joined in & we killed them faster & the thing appeared & i was able to progress further with the mission (solo it took me few min running from the, trying to get them from as far as possible from each other then i was able to do 2-4 hits & run again) & final boss was worse cause i slipped up once & died & the 2 first bosses re-spawned & it became impossible to solo, dam shields are useless if bosses hit so hard & i die anyway, they feel useless against bosses & thats why i say homing missiles need to get nerfed

with sorc its really hard, barely managed to killed them first 3 times when i was alone then second time when i got to final 2 bosses, 2 i got one by one & then 3th came & killed me & then the other 2 spawned back & it became totally impossible to do solo, sorc always dies easy when it comes to bosses, maybe summoning build would help, but my elf isn't summoner, they shouldn't spawn back until final boss is killed, well neither of them should cause at the end it makes it impossible to comp the mission, most annoying are mage bosses, no mater what class & race i play boss mages own me, even dung (group dung with group) are mostly easier then some of the mission bosses & world bosses, wold bosses omg some are like u need 4 ppl for them & when it comes to missions its like they only think of Tanks, only tanks can comp the mission solo, some missions, not meany, mostly if there is more then 1 & there is one or more mage, then its hard even for tank cause spells hit hard & u can't block forever, my gear is what i find, sets are future things, npc boss mages are the most pain, to op even when ur mage urself mages should be easy for mage, more easy hit a mage less, but its same as any other class

mDK, because it doesn't forgive mistakes in rotation. You'll lose all dps and resources, if you press 1 button too early or too late.
mWarden, because *** doesn't line up and rotation is an absolute mess.
