I don't know why I took the time to max my horse's stamina... I never get to use it. I don't really go into Cyrodiil much anymore, it takes forever to get anywhere.
Imperial City doesn't give me this problem (plus it doesn't require a horse to get around), so I avoid any battles in Cyrodiil and ride straight to the sewer entrance.
ZOS knows about it, just doesn't frackin care. BrianWheeler even commented / laughed about it during their Imperial City play session from Aug 2015 when he was trying to take off his gear to play naked @ www.twitch.tv/zenimaxonlinestudios/v/12594801
This bug and the famous health desync bug is something that has been around since beta but apparently isn't important enough to get priority from the combat team, since they're busy giving us new OPed stam skills and broken sets.
I loged on at morrowind north gates and immideately started to get "in-combat"-"left combat". #thuglife

As a healer in Cyrodiil I dont even bother trying to mount as im usually in combat my entire run from one keep to the next.
its our lot in life, we were made to suffer
How about in and out of combat when you trying to log out of the game. Just left the game via ALT+F4 because i kept going in and out of combat when my log out count down was going. It wouldnt let me log out properly for over 5 min, when i rage ALT+F4 out of the game even thought when i do that i sometimes loose some of the progression.

I can't remember it being this painful half a year ago, though.

I remember it being MORE painful like 2 years ago lol.
Did you just cast BoL? Have fun being in combat for the next 10-15 minutes, sucker!

Aah. Well, I started the game a year ago, so I can only tell from my experience. But I can't recall having these issues during winter or so. Might just be me, though, and let's not forget I was completely newb at that time.
lol
