What is the big deal with Black Rose?

The spell damage and weapon damage is from heavy armor, NOT BLACK ROSE. the the only thing people should be talking about is the ~300 regen granted by the 5 piece. That's literally the only thing. Everything else is heavy armor vs medium or light.

the 5piece also got spell+weapon damage in the DB patch in addition to the constitution boost
