Incorrect gear drops from CP160 mobs

Not sure which section this topic should be in, so I'll post it here.

Decided to do some grinding in one of my favorite areas. The mobs in the zone are CP160. The gear dropping from them is CP140. I am positive CP150 gear dropped in the past, from these mobs. Or I am simply imagining things?

Which Zone? If this is the Caldwell's Gold Zones, your going to get CP140 gear for the most part, in particular Public Dungeons.

They are supposed to be rescaling Drops come One Tamriel, but right now, the best source for CP150 or better gear are the DLC Zones.

Yes, its a gold zone. Guess I just did not notice in the past. Wow lol. The grinding was not in a dungeon though.

Yeah I'm getting the same. Did vet fungal and got v140. Same with all the dungeons Iv been doing. Sucks cos Iv been saving all the unique items the bosses drop for when 1 tamriel comes. But all the weps are useless due to being v140

Are there any plans to change the updates system of the game so that patches touched only game files that have been changed, but not absolutely all game files, including those that have not changed with the release of the game? Each patch, each fix I must spend a lot of time waiting for the GoodSync synchronizes my client installed with its backup on an external HDD, each time the game is absolutely all program files GoodSync seen as affected and changed, even though there is nothing changed. Why touch what is not necessary? It is time to move on incremental/differential update system, you have the same each patch affects absolutely all files that a patch for some reason, even it's stupidly change file dates such as introductory videos and other cinematics. What for? Why?

Went back to the same zone tonight. What I found interesting is the glyphs dropped from mobs are CP160, enemy of course are also CP160, yet the weapons are only CP140. Know I stated bits of this above, also sure this has not always been the case with weapons drops.
