I would like to see them add privies and outhouses Latrines or water closets even though npcs might not really use them just for immersion and make it look more realistic.

I'm just a little uncomfortable with the combination of the words 'latrine' and 'water closet' in the same sentence as 'immersion'.

There are already some NPCs who can be seen using the bathroom going out in the open.

If you go near Shark's Teeth Grotto in Hew's Bane, there is one particular enemy NPC who will go up to a wall, stand against it for some time, do a little shake, and walk back. I thought it was a rather nice touch

In medieval times most people just pooped in the woods or rivers. There was no toilet in homes. Imagine the smell if their was. Castles might have toilets but mostly they pooped in the dungeons of the castle.

(Medieval times.. in ancient times like rome or Greece they did have proper toilets)

buckets were the order of the day. the contents were used either to spread on fields or in tanning.

Strangely enough, the technology of a modern toilet has been around for a lot longer than you'd think, but the plumbing necessary to make one work hasn't been around for so long.


I propose in the next DLC, we get a bathhouse where we can all hang out and /sit and /lay3 in the water.

There is a very nice bathhouse in Orsinium yes. Khajiit would like to see such public health facilities being more widespread in Tamriel.

Yeah that was pretty funny and indeed a nice touch. But one weird thing, came back another day and it was a woman NPC, stayed to watch and sure enough, same animation! LOL

Which was actually spread by the fleas on the rats and not spread via poop.

For poop spread diseases think of the typhoid and the cholera.

I always wondered why fences are so interested in paying premium prices for the used chamber pots we bring them... I mean there's no way a brand new chamber pot costs 40 gold, so why is the black market price for used ones so high?

Maybe I don't want to know the answer to that question.

Perhaps you should learn some history before talking about something... because back in medieval times, they had chamber pots and would simply be emptied out of the window onto the streets below. Yes, the smell was most likely horrendous and was a reason why diseases ran rampant in cities. Keep in mind people also rarely bathed, perhaps once a month at most.

Not everyone lived in cities in medieval times.

People in cities would have dumped their chamber pots out the window, whereas someone in a rural area would have pooped by trees and rivers.

Way back in the day, when Morrowind was still the primary TES game and so many people were modding it, some pundit created a catapult that did just this thing. You could even get "donations" for ammo from NPCs including city guards.

Ah, things you could do (and say) before a voice track was added.
