E-Mail changes

I read quite a bit of how to do this but none helps if the old e-mail address does not exist anymore. How can I go about changing my e-mail address to the new one that is current. Who do I call or who do I contact? Support? They keep wanting to send verification to the old e-mail. Patiently waiting!

So your account is set-up to an e-mail you can no longer access? You should put in a support ticket and explain what the old e-mail is and the new e-mail is. You can change your e-mail for these forums by clicking the gears icon at the top of this page but I think support needs to get involved in order to change your account e-mail.

So all I have to do is figure out the support ticket thing. Thanks! Changing e-mails has got to be the most annoying thing to do anywhere. Thanks again!

To elaborate on what Surragard mentioned: If you're using support via SUPPORT at the top of the page make sure you either log in as if you can't access your account or that you include in your request an alternate email for support to contact you. Otherwise they will email you at the expired email associated with your account. It's the only one they'll have reference to.

I will try that. I have been login in with my old info. It just defaults to send me a verification code as it does not recognize my PC anymore. Why's that. I use this PC to play the game. I'll try it your way and see what happens. Thanks!

Well! Just saying it all worked out. Kind of a confusing process but we still fixed it. Guess I get confused when I go to edit my account and it only lets me change my name. My real name, not my online name. Nothing else is editable. Confuses me!
Time to change pswds and stuff. Have a great day! Thanks for all the help!
