This is the second time I'm posting about this issue in the forums. I have multiple accounts and use the same parent Gmail ID for all of them with suffixes to identify senders and sort messages as do thousands of Gmail users.
I've been playing the game for two years and not had a problem communicating with support until recently. I've made tickets, communicated over email with support until my issues were resolved but recently I can no longer do that.
Here's what's been happening.
I created a support ticket ingame, incident no. in the title.
I get an automated reply that says due to high volume they haven't been able to respond and if my issue isn't resolved I should reply to the email to keep the ticket open.
I reply.
I get the same canned response.
I reply again.
This time I get a new email that says my email ID is not recognised and I need to update my contact information. My contact information hasn't changed. I'm using the same information since I started playing in April 2014. I don't want to change it. I can't change it. I don't have another email address and I don't want one.
What is going on here? This is extremely frustrating. Do I have to make a public post on the forums every time I have an ingame issue because your system can't handle the most widely used email domain in the world?
