SSL error on https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/ ?

While trying to access to https://account.elderscrollsonline.com I had this (Firefox 48)
If allowing temporaly, I have the website (didn't connected).

Restarted browser, same issue. Restarted again, all was fine..

I had it again after few correct clics. (I switched language on the account page).
