So I have a problem which I want to discuss and solve with support. I sended them 1 message they gaved me 1 answer which I think was automatic generated one and was not even answering to my question. I repeated my question and still waiting for answer since 5 days. I even sended another mails and nothing. It's my 1st contact with support so I dont know how things work there. My question is how long it can take support to answer? I mean what is the maximum time of waiting before I should think that something went wrong and my mails are lost ?

    they hired India CS company with few guys inside it, thats why they answering too slow
    can take up to 14 days if you are lucky

    14 days? So it'll take like 2 months to do anything. Ok so that means my account is lost :disappointed:

    yea this support, I recently send report from webside with screenschot with my issue, not long ago...maybe in 40 mins to 1 hour...not only got auto answer...but status of this tickat has changer for solved instanly when got this auto answer what is in all tickets :v

    @Edziu So basicly they answer fast with auto message and then status change to solved? And then You need to further write messages in the same ticket and wait much longer if You still feel You problem was not resolved?

    yea, they solved this by aouto message, after I added additional information to my question in same ticket to update this...now its just unresolved like other old ticket

    on the client launcher - hit the support tag - then click on additional support options on the page, then log in & you can see the tickets you've submitted and the status

    you cannot monitor your status if you permabanned

    because you need to login to supprot site to see your tickets

    Either forever or your case will be closed because support has no time for you (due to high ticket volumes) ;)
