Customer Support Contact.
So I have a problem which I want to discuss and solve with support. I sended them 1 message they gaved me 1 answer which I think was automatic generated one and was not even answering to my question. I repeated my question and still waiting for answer since 5 days. I even sended another mails and nothing. It's my 1st contact with support so I dont know how things work there. My question is how long it can take support to answer? I mean what is the maximum time of waiting before I should think that something went wrong and my mails are lost ?
