Physical penetration applies to poison and disease dmg?

Take this set for instance http://puu.sh/qXOYt/5e39b880aa.jpg will it apply to say poison injection or assassins will, they deal poison and disease dmg. Im inclined to say yes, but this is eso and nothign is certain until tested. Can anyone shed some light on this please? thx

A few patches ago, they made it so that physical penetration now affects poison and disease, previously it was affected by magical penetration.

That was when they nerfed harness magicka in Dark Brotherhood. So that it no longer restores magicka on poison and disease.
