I've had this happen on a copied and newly created character. I put 4 points into Improved Hiding, and then port to a wayshrine. Once I finish loading in at my destination, I check and the points spent on Improved Hiding are gone. (they are NOT returned to the unspent pool.) Bug sent.

feyii✭✭✭✭I can confirm this. But the points only vanish when travelling from one zone to another zone. While teleporting within one zone the points stayed, when I checked this. It also affects traveling by the new navigator NPCs. I also sent a ticket.
So, it seems to be like this:
- travelling from a wayshrine in region A (e.g. Auridon) to another wayshrine in region A - ok, no reset of points
- traveling from region A to region B (e.g. Reaper's March, Stonefalls, Glenumbra) - not ok, points vanishEdited by feyii on September 13, 2016 5:46PM1
