Does jewelry from the 'overland' sets drop from regular mobs and world bosses?

Geralt_of_Aalst
Can a wise man or woman confirm that jewelry from the 'overland' sets drop from regular mobs and maybe from world/delve bosses in the zone where the set will drop? 'Overland' is a word the patch notes use to make a distinction from dungeon and trial drops btw, so my question concerns the zone drops only e.g. Coat of the Red Mountain (zone: Stonefalls). Puzzling together the following elements from the PTS patch notes, it doesn't really say so but it also leaves little other possibilities.

1) •Item Sets will now drop for every item slot.
2) •Non-Dungeon Bosses
•We dramatically increased the chance for Delve bosses to drop a waist or feet set piece from the zone they are located in.
•Each boss also has a small chance to drop a unique set piece.
•Overland group bosses have a 100% chance to drop head, chest, legs, or weapon set piece from the zone they are located in.
•Public dungeon bosses have a much higher chance to drop a shoulder, hand, or weapon set piece from the zone they are located in.

See, no mention of any jewelry. So that implies the jewelry of the overland sets just drops from anything in the zone, i.e. mobs and world bosses?
I may contradict myself but at least I don't contradict myself

I'm pretty sure I had Trainee jewelry drop from random mobs in Khenarthi's Roost. I definitely got a ring in a random chest, and I'm pretty sure the other ring and the amulet that I got in the same set came from mobs (although it's possible they came from chests too - there are a lot of chests in that zone).

It sounds like chests - particularly those from dolmens - will be your main source of jewelry drops. See the text from the patch notes below:

    Treasure Chests
Treasure Chests gained from defeating a Dark Anchor have a 100% chance to drop a ring or amulet set piece form the zone they are located in.
The above is also true of Unstable Anomalies found in Craglorn.
Treasure chests found in the world have a chance to grant any set piece that can drop in that zone.
Simple chests have a slight chance of dropping an item set piece.
Intermediate chests have a good chance of dropping an item set piece
Advanced and Master chests have a guaranteed chance of dropping an item set piece.
If you have the Treasure Hunter Champion Passive, both the above chances and quality of an item will be improved.
Treasure chests found from a Treasure Map have a guaranteed chance to drop one random set piece that can drop in that zone.
Higher difficulty chests have a better chance of spawning in the world, but easier chests will continue to be more common.
The loot from the CE Treasure Chest maps now scale to your level up to CP160.

Finding jewelry for the 3 item sets in Coldharbour will be really tough since there are no dolmens there. I really hope they up the drop rate for the normal chest there otherwise getting my Stygian again is really going to be painful and I don't need that. Finishing the fishing for Coldharbour was tough enough with all that shiny water blinding me. I don't want to spend any more time there than is absolutely necessary. Please @ZOS_GinaBruno can you pass this on to the itemization team.

Not on the PTS, but I have farmed Warlock jewelry in Delves and on Overland mobs (Wolves in Auridon for example) Now, the Delve I was farming (it dropped all kinds of cool stuff), the Boss never dropped anything from a set other than it's own Unique item. The mobs in there dropped the Warlock rings quite often.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
