World bosses I have seen on the pts are around 1.6 mill health, my tank kinda of dude killed one by himself but took a while to do lol

The increase in lag will be negligible since they'll be likely introducing phasing.
Also the lag in Cyrodiil comes from calculating a *** ton of collision physics, same reason you get lag in certain dungeon or trial areas. In towns with lots of people, it'll just be loading times that'll cause problems. With a good enough gfx card or lower settings that won't be a problem.
Farming wise though, with a proper setup most world bosses can be soloed or duoed but one the new meta is found there'll be a lot more farming in the particular zones that drop those set items, something along the lines of the old Craglorn grind of 1.5 for those who remember it.
With the damage contribution change and battle leveling, hopefully the players camping world bosses and dungeon bosses won't impact questers too much.

They aren't introducing "phasing", it's already in the game and has been forever. You just never notice it the way things are now because there usually isn't enough people in 1 area to resort to phasing.
